FAQ

Do I get to keep the LawnPop? No, it is a rental service. LawnPops are delivered and picked up by a courier service to be re-used. For the safety of everyone, especially children, once installed, please do not touch, lean on or move the LawnPop and protect it from any damage that might be caused. The LawnPop lawn card will be your responsibility for the booking duration and any damage will incur a fee. (Further details can be found on our T&C page.)

Can you deliver the LawnPop at a specific time? We aim to create the best possible surprise using your advised times and will discuss our availability with you at the time of booking.

Can I have a LawnPop delivered without anyone at the property knowing in advance?
For legal reasons, someone at the property must know about the LawnPop.

Can I order a custom LawnPop? Yes! We’d love to hear your ideas and are happy to create individual designs. Extra charges apply.

Can I keep the LawnPop for longer than a day? Yes, additional days are charged £50 per day.

Can I pick up the LawnPop from LawnPop HQ? Yes, we can discuss this at time of booking should this be preferable to delivery.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the event date are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

What happens if the LawnPop gets damaged or stolen?
The LawnPop lawn card will be your responsibility for the duration of the rental. The £50 deposit will not be refunded should any damage or loss occur.

Will the weather affect my LawnPop booking? LawnPop lawn cards are waterproof and should withstand general weather.

What if I don’t have grass?
LawnPops are installed using stakes and will not install into gravel, artificial turf, tarmac or cement. We can discuss individual needs and alternatives at time of booking.

Do you tell the recipient who the LawnPop is from?
We leave this to you to tell them so that you can see their reaction!
We advise you to let the recipient know that the LawnPop is your responsibility and to outline the rules of hiring so that the LawnPop is not damaged or discarded!!

Can a LawnPop be set up in public location?
We are unable to install a LawnPop lawn card in a public location unless we have written permission from the local city council.
